We ship all orders from our U.S. warehouse using trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Shipping is currently available within the continental United States.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
Free standard shipping on orders over $50.
Amazon Fulfillment (FBA)
Many of our products are fulfilled by Amazon (FBA), which ensures fast and secure delivery through Amazon’s logistics network. This means eligible orders benefit from Amazon Prime shipping and world-class customer service.
30-Day Return Policy
If something’s not quite right, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
To start a return:
1. Email us at contact@aix-sphere.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
3. Once we receive your item, we’ll issue your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Some baby and pet items may be non-returnable for hygienic reasons — this will always be noted on the product page.
